Booking policy

All reservations

Please arrive on time for your booking.
If you're running late or your guest numbers change, call us on 020 7916 5832.
Let us know about any special requests when you book.
No deposit is required for standard reservations, though we may contact you to confirm.
Please give at least 24 hours' notice of a cancellation.

Dress code

Smart casual.

Age checks

Guests who appear to be under 25 will be asked to show photo ID when ordering alcohol.

Families

Children should stay seated with their family, except when visiting the restroom with an adult.
Pushchairs may be restricted at busy times.
Highchairs are available on request.

VIP and function rooms (20+ guests)

A non-refundable deposit of £10 per person is required.* See our terms & conditions.
Meal service aims to start 45 minutes after your group arrives.
Set-meal choices must be emailed to reservations@terrazza.uk at least 24 hours in advance.

Before you arrive: our neighbours

Please keep noise low when arriving by car, minicab or taxi, and park only in permitted bays.
Please don't drink and drive — our team will happily arrange a taxi, and you're welcome to wait for it inside.
We're in a residential area, so please be mindful of noise when leaving.
Terrazza takes part in the Safe Haven and Ask for Angela schemes — our team offers confidential help to anyone who needs it.
